At Pootfull, we’re committed to delivering meaningful and entertaining stories to kids everywhere. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process. Please note that the shipping policy below adheres to the publisher's outlined policies found here.

Order Processing & Printing

Since all Pootfull books are printed on demand through our publisher on Lulu, your order will go through a printing and binding process before being shipped. This includes:

Children's books
Yearbooks, photo books, comic books, calendars, and magazines

Production Time: 3-5 business days (Your cart will show an estimated timeframe).

Printing Locations: We print at global distribution centers, including France, India, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Your order will be shipped from the closest available location.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide, but delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Estimated Shipping Timelines:

Standard Shipping: 5-14 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
International Orders: 7-21 business days (depending on customs and local carriers)

Possible Delays & Important Notes:

Incorrect addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, or local postal service issues may extend delivery times. Some affected orders could take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Untraceable Mail & Priority Mail may take up to 28 days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within that timeframe, contact us—we may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Please select US Postal Service shipping (Mail or Priority) as FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
